A little help for your pack.

Add your pet’s photo

Open Pets, choose a profile and edit it. Tap Choose pet photo, select an image and save. Photos are resized on your iPhone.

Set a reminder

Enable reminders in Settings. In Today, use a routine’s pencil button to choose its time, then save. Daily routines follow your phone’s local time zone. Times shown in reminder settings use the 24-hour clock: 17:00 means 5 PM.

If a notification doesn’t arrive

Check Settings → Notifications → Pawday on your iPhone, including Lock Screen alerts. Check Focus and Scheduled Summary settings. In Pawday, use Test notification in 30 seconds and lock your phone. If a daily routine’s saved time has already passed, its next reminder is the following day.

Share sitter instructions

Open Heading out? or the sitter handoff in Care. Choose the categories to include, check the preview and use Share. Contacts and care notes are excluded until you select them.

Keep a backup

In Settings, choose Export backup and save the file somewhere you trust. Backups include photos and contact details and are not encrypted by Pawday. Import backup replaces the app’s current records after confirmation. Reminders must be enabled again after importing.

Delete your records

Settings → Delete all data clears current records and the local recovery snapshot. Copies you previously exported or shared, and operating-system backups, must be managed separately.

No account required

Pawday stores your care records on your device. It does not provide automatic cloud or family synchronization. Read our privacy policy for details.
