Pawday by The Leo Pack — Privacy Policy

Pawday is a pet-care organizer from The Leo Pack, operated by NATTO USA CORP. Questions: hello@theleopack.com. This policy describes the Pawday app. Website visits and store purchases are covered by the store’s privacy policy.
Information stored on your device
Pawday stores pet names, species, photos, feeding and care instructions, contact information you enter, routines, appointments and care history locally. Photos selected by you are resized and re-encoded on your device. Pawday does not upload your photo library or care records to our servers.
There is no account system, advertising, analytics or automatic cloud synchronization in this version. Fonts and character artwork are included with the installed app. Your operating system may back up local app data according to your device settings.
Permissions
You choose a photo or take one when editing a pet profile. Pawday uses that selected image for the profile. Local notification permission is optional and requested when you enable care reminders. Denying reminders does not prevent use of other features. Notifications can display the pet’s name and routine or appointment title on your device, including the lock screen according to system settings.
Sharing and backups
Sitter handoffs include only the categories you select. Contact and care-note categories are initially excluded. Handoffs do not contain pet photos. The preview is shown before you use your device’s sharing controls.
Exported JSON backups contain all stored pet photos and care records, including contact information. These files are not encrypted by Pawday. Keep them in a location you trust. Files shared to another app or cloud provider are governed by that provider’s policies. Pawday cannot delete copies you have shared outside the app.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you edit or delete it, clear app/browser storage or uninstall the app. Pawday keeps one local recovery snapshot. Deleting all data in Settings clears current app data and overwrites that recovery snapshot. Deleting a pet removes its photo, routines, related logs and appointments from the current state; the prior recovery snapshot may retain the previous state until the next save. System backups and user-exported files are managed separately by you.
If you want all copies removed, use Delete all data, then remove exported files and any relevant system backups through the relevant device/provider controls.
Support and changes
If you contact support, you choose what to send through your email provider. Avoid sending private care records unless necessary to describe an issue. This policy must be updated before adding analytics, accounts, server uploads or synchronization.
